    Dr. Samraggi Chakraborty has completed her B.A.LL.B (Hons) from Department of Law, Assam University; LL.M with specialization in Human Rights from National Law School of India University, Bangalore (NLSIU) and Ph. D (Law) from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in School of Law, SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Sciences (NMIMS) Deemed to be University, Bangalore Campus. Prior to joining the current organization, she has worked as an Assistant Professor and Head in-charge in School of Law, Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune; as an Assistant Professor in School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar and School of Legal Studies, CMR University, Bengaluru. Her core areas of interest are Victimology, Human Rights, and Criminal Law. She has to her credit publications in the areas of Victimology and Human rights in many national and international journals. She has also presented papers at various national and international seminar. She has delivered lectures as Resource Person. She has also delivered MOOC lectures under the aegis of Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC) of UGC.
