    Ms. Alisha Thomas is a Postgraduate in Corporate laws from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur 2018 Batch and Bachelors with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights from Nirma University, Ahmedabad 2013 Batch. She qualified UGC-NET in 2019. She holds Diploma in Business laws and Entrepreneurship from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar. She joined the institute in July 2019. She teaches Contract Law, Banking and Insurance Law, Company Law, IPR law, Motor Vehicles Act and Consumer Protection laws. She has many research papers in her credentials. She has a knack for mooting and memorial writing along with teaching law. She has attended many Faculty Development Programmes for enhancing her teaching and research skill. She has also done many certification courses including a certificate course on Artificial Intelligence and Creativity under the aegis of Late Prof. Shamnad Basheer and certificate course on Competition law from NLIU Bhopal. She has previously interned with top notched firms like Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Luthra and Luthra, Bharucha and partners and Nanavati and Associates. Areas of Interest: Intellectual Property Rights law, Corporate Law, Banking and Insurance Law, Contract Law, Jurisprudence.
