D2C Igniters club is a platform which helps to increase the exposure of all the activities performed in the campus and connects students, professionals, colleges, and companies through innovative challenges, engaging events, and gamified hiring assessments. D2C Igniters Club, NMIMS Bangalore is a club created by the students and Dare2Compete, in order to increase the scope of activities and provide new opportunities which could foster the students to grow. This club has the power to disrupt and revolutionize the way campuses across the country learn, network, and compete. It promotes growth and learning and helps the college to rise to the top.

The objective of D2C Igniters Club is to:

• Ignite the spirit of competitiveness amongst students
• Provide a platform for students to showcase their skills and talent across domains
• Facilitate and collaborate with entities on-campus and off-campus to create opportunities for students

The responsibilities of the D2C Igniters Club, NMIMS Bangalore are to :

Organize regular competitions, or quizzes (Ideally 2 in a quarter) following the below guidelines:

• Intra-college events, quizzes and competitions based on the college.
• Competitions including but not limited to case studies, cultural competitions- dance, art, music, photography, etc.
• The competitions to be listed on D2C and registrations through the platform.
• Result declaration on the platform (Dare2Compete).
• The team can partner with another club on campus for organizing the competition.
• Providing E-Certificates for Winners and Participants with institute and D2C logo.

Conduct a session in the college’s induction program to let the new entrants know about D2C Igniters Club and how it will benefit them.

 

No competition means no progress! This club helps to bring about a revolution in learning, growth, and start a phenomenon that will go down in the history of our college. The aim is to create a community that becomes self-sufficient in the future and stays for years on our campus.
