  • Architecture-The program architecture has a  design basis and flow of themes, for instance in the PGDM program, the themes are:
    • Building Blocks of Management in Trimester-1
    • Managerial Functions & Tools for Decision-Making in Trimester-2
    • Business Landscape & Understanding Organisation in Trimester-3
    • Creating and Sustaining Competitive Advantage in Trimesters 4, 5 and 6.
  • Courses-A plethora of courses ranging from the conventional courses in the various functional areas to exotic courses like Business Analytics for Decision-Making, Indian Values in Management, Geopolitics in Business, Spanish language and workshops such as learning through Theatre, films and Literature, Creativity, Family Businesses in India dot the landscape of the PGDM program.
  • Course Design-Is based on the ‘Learning Outcomes’ approach and Faculty articulate learning outcomes for every course. This enables the teaching-learning process to be ‘learner centric’ and also facilitates the student feedback process.
  • Faculty-A unique mix of academicians (with PhD qualification and research credentials) and those with industry experience front-end the teaching process thereby offering rich value to students. The rigour of the feedback process ensures that only the best of faculty are deployed to teach in the various programs.
  • Evaluation- Is a continuous process and has number of components in sync with the pedagogies adopted for the course by the faculty thereby ensuring rigour in continuous and experiential learning.
